1. Introduction
Localight.in (“Platform”) is an online marketplace managed by Arthotthana Parishat, an NGO committed to empowering local MSMEs, small producers, women entrepreneurs, and professional service providers (“Sellers”). By accessing or using Localight.in, you (“User”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
2. Platform Purpose
Localight.in provides a platform for Sellers to showcase and sell authentic, locally made products and professional services directly to consumers. Our mission is to encourage self-reliance, entrepreneurship, and fair opportunity for all registered Sellers.
3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age or have legal capacity as defined by applicable law.

Sellers must comply with Indian laws and platform guidelines.

Registration with valid identification and business or individual details is mandatory.
4. Seller Obligations

Sellers must ensure products and services listed are genuine, legal, and accurately described.

5. Buyer Obligations

6. Payments & Fees

Localight.in acts only as a facilitator for transactions between buyers and sellers.

7. Returns & Refunds

Return and refund policies are determined by the individual sellers and must be clearly mentioned on product/service pages.

8. Prohibited Activities

9. Intellectual Property

12. Modification of Terms

13. Governing Law
